What It Does

Resolva Xtra Fast uses natural, plant-derived ingredients to deliver quick results without the use of glyphosate.

• Fast-acting results:

  • Starts to work within 1 hour.

  • Leaves visibly wilt and die back within 24 hours in warm conditions.

• Natural active ingredients:

  • Contains pelargonic acid, a naturally occurring fatty acid that breaks down plant cell walls to rapidly dehydrate leaves and stems.

  • Biodegradable — breaks down naturally in soil with no lasting residues.

• Effective weed control:

  • Kills annual weeds, small perennials, moss, and algae on contact.

  • Works on a wide range of broadleaf and grassy weeds such as chickweed, clover, dandelion, and plantain.

• Safe and clean:

  • Glyphosate-free formula suitable for environmentally conscious gardeners.

  • Can be used on hard surfaces, gravel, and flowerbeds (avoiding contact with desirable plants).

How to Use

Simple and convenient — ready to use straight from the bottle.

• When to apply:

  • Apply on a dry, calm day when weeds are actively growing.

  • Best results when temperatures are above 10°C.

  • Avoid rain for at least 3–6 hours after spraying to allow full absorption.

• How to apply:

  1. Shake the bottle well before use.

  2. Rotate the nozzle to the ‘ON’ position.

  3. Spray evenly to cover weed leaves until just wet — do not oversaturate.

  4. Avoid drift onto neighbouring plants, lawns, or vegetables.

  5. Turn nozzle back to ‘OFF’ after use.

• After application:

  • Weeds will begin to wilt within hours.

  • Full results usually visible within 1–2 days.

  • Tough perennial weeds may need repeat treatment after 2–3 weeks.

• Safety advice:

  • Keep children and pets away until the treated area is dry.

  • Do not use on lawns or where you plan to sow seeds within 7 days.

When & Where to Use

Resolva Xtra Fast RTU is suitable for a wide range of outdoor surfaces and situations.

• Ideal for:

  • Paths, patios, driveways, gravel, and paved areas.

  • Base of walls, fences, greenhouses, and sheds.

  • Around established shrubs, trees, and flowerbeds (taking care to avoid leaf contact).

• Not suitable for:

  • Lawns or newly sown areas.

  • Aquatic or waterlogged environments.

• Seasonal use:

  • Use from March to October for best results during active weed growth.

Standard Delivery is FREE on orders over €250*

All standard deliveries will be completed within 5-7 working days via Fastway Couriers, any delay to this delivery time, the customer will be notified by One of our staff.

The in-Store delivery charge will vary compared with online, in-store delivery charge is done on a case by case basis. 

* Only mainland Ireland addresses qualify for free delivery.
 

Live Plants Delivery

Our live plants are packed with care and diligence by our staff, our horticulturists review each plant before despatch to ensure quality is maintained.
Live Plant delivery charges are not calculated on weight but on the space required per package to ensure safe delivery, so delivery charges may vary as some plants require more space than others when packed.
All live plants are despatched within 3-5 working days where possible, our couriers aim to deliver within 48 hours of despatch from our Garden Centre to allow the plant to arrive in healthy condition.
 

Click & Collect

Can’t wait for delivery? Why not try our FREE Click & Collect service? Simply make your purchase online and collect it from our store located in Croagh Co. Limerick. Our staff will contact you by phone when your order is ready for collection (Please allow 24 hours minimum). When collecting your item, call the store on 069-64084. We will then load into your car as required. This service is available in-store 9am – 6pm Monday – Saturday (No collections on Sundays)
