What It Does

• Kills deep-rooted weeds, woody saplings, brambles, docks, nettles, thistles and scrub. 

• Targets roots so weeds have less chance of regrowing. 

• Safe for use on grass in areas adjacent to treatment (under correct use) — will not kill lawn if used correctly. 

• Suitable for non-crop areas, paddocks, neglected land, and tough garden patches. 

How to Use

• When to apply:

  • For most tough weeds: apply from May to October when weeds are actively growing and soil is moist. 

  • For woody weeds and saplings: especially strong from June to August. 

• Application method:

  1. Shake the bottle well before use. 

  2. Rotate the spray nozzle to ‘ON’ and spray evenly onto the leaves/stems until just wet — avoid run-off. 

  3. For best effect, make sure the soil is moist and the plants are healthy-looking (not drought stressed or wilting). 

• After application:

  • Results visible within days; roots may die back over a few weeks. 

  • Once treated and dead, you may replant after about 6 weeks (check label for exact timing). 

• Precautions:

  • Do not apply in freezing conditions or drought stress. 

  • Avoid drift onto desirable plants or into flowerbeds unless they are being cleared.

  • Keep children and pets off the area until spray has dried.

When & Where to Use

• Ideal for:

  • Bramble patches, scrub clearance, docks, nettles, thistles, saplings and woody weeds.

  • Non-crop or neglected areas, paths, hedgerows, garden edges.

• Not for:

  • Flower beds or vegetable plots where you wish to keep plants unless you are clearing those areas.

  • Use near desirable plants with caution.

• Seasonal advice:

  • Best used during the growing season when weeds are active and green, not in deep winter or during extreme drought.

All standard deliveries will be completed within 5-7 working days via Fastway Couriers, any delay to this delivery time, the customer will be notified by One of our staff.

The in-Store delivery charge will vary compared with online, in-store delivery charge is done on a case by case basis.

Live Plants Delivery

Our live plants are packed with care and diligence by our staff, our horticulturists review each plant before despatch to ensure quality is maintained.
Live Plant delivery charges are not calculated on weight but on the space required per package to ensure safe delivery, so delivery charges may vary as some plants require more space than others when packed.
All live plants are despatched within 3-5 working days where possible, our couriers aim to deliver within 48 hours of despatch from our Garden Centre to allow the plant to arrive in healthy condition.

Can’t wait for delivery? Why not try our FREE Click & Collect service? Simply make your purchase online and collect it from our store located in Croagh Co. Limerick. Our staff will contact you by phone when your order is ready for collection (Please allow 24 hours minimum). When collecting your item, call the store on 069-64084. We will then load into your car as required. This service is available in-store 9am – 6pm Monday – Saturday (No collections on Sundays)
