Overview and Characteristics
Geranium macrorrhizum 'Bevan's Variety' is a tough, mat-forming hardy perennial valued for its rich pink flowers, fragrant foliage, and excellent groundcover capabilities. This Cranesbill geranium is particularly suitable for dry shade, underplanting trees, and areas where low-maintenance, weed-suppressing perennials are needed. Its ability to tolerate drought, poor soils, and root competition makes it a go-to choice for difficult spots in the garden.
